SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation

As customer place order they will receive an order confirmation mail in there registered Email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorize your credit card for the purchase. As we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for instant shipment. We will try our best to deliver your order in 18 to 22 days business days. However The Auto King USA takes no responsibility in delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard. Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.

Damages

Request you to examine the delivered packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage/loss you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to we will process replacement or refund. Please refer our Refund Policy for more information on refunds.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged part or incorrect part, intimate us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the Return Label. The address where you need to return the item will be provided at the time of contract. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. If you return any Items to The Auto King USA we will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will refund once we receive the shipment. If we found that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a full refund of the total sale amount. The items you return should reach to us before the warranty expires, so as to get the refund. The shipping cost for return will not be reimbursed. If the return is due to any other reasons than the one stated above, (such as customer ordered a wrong part, customer does not need the part etc) returns may subject to a 30% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. Before ordering please concern mechanical expert the actual part needed to be ordered. We will make sure that we will send correct parts. Any items returned after warranty period will not be refundable and will be returned to sender. The deadline of receiving parts will be within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.

WARRANTY TERMS

THE WARRANTY ON THE USED ENGINES OFFERED BY OUR ORGANISATION IS LIMITED TO THE ENGINE ASSEMBLY. BLOCKS, HEADS, PISTONS, CRANKSHAFTS, CAMSHAFTS, ROCKERS, AND OTHER INTERNAL COMPONENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONLY PARTS IN AN ENGINE ASSEMBLY. SWITCHES, SENSORS, CABLES, ELECTRONICS, BELTS, HOSES, WATER PUMPS, MANIFOLD, WIRE HARNESSES, VALVE COVERS, GASKETS, BRACKETS, OIL PAN, FLYWHEEL, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED AUXILIARY ITEMS MAY STILL COME ON THE ENGINE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND ALSO TO PROTECT THE ASSEMBLY FROM ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT, BUT THEY WILL NOT BE WARRANTIED FOR NOT BEING PART OF AN ENGINE ASSEMBLY.

Despite our best efforts to supply high-quality, well-performing old motors and transmissions (up to 35 years old), we cannot guarantee appearance. As a result, if the used engine has undoubted performance, the warranty claim does not encompass merely the appearance of the used engine. We urge you to read all the inspection report, as they are inspected and call our support line assistants at +1(877) 514-0606 to report any differences. We advise all of our customers to never decline a shipment so that it can be picked up at the company’s expense as part of a warranty claim, reducing the risk of lost shipments.

To process an order, following are the charges incurred by The Auto King USA. labor charges, freight charges, cost of pallet, bubble wraps, straps, etc. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours of making the payment it incurs 30% restocking fee to cover the cost to the company along with a two way shipping cost if the purchased merchandise has also been shipped out.

The Auto King USA will reimburse all shipping costs for warranty-certified returns in the exact amounts. A customer should provide us with one opportunity to assist with an issue with the engine or transmission. So if a replacement is approved and a consumer denies receiving it or directly requests a full refund, it will be considered an order cancellation and incur a 30% restocking fee.

OEM Parts can be swapped out between different makes and models. We employ a VIN compatibility tool at The Auto King USA to ensure that the used engines and transmissions for sale are compatible with your car. It may sometime be necessary to make a few adjustments to make it fit in. The Return and Refunds policies will still cover an incompatible engine sent to customers.

Despite verifying the compatibility using the VIN on every order, sometime there might still be additional information required to verify the variant of the engine/transmission. If a customer provides false information or orders a wrong engine, they will be responsible to pay the two-way shipping costs as well as the price difference (If any) between the replacement order and the original order. Denying a replacement will be considered order cancellation and incurs a restocking fee as per policies.

In the event of facing an issue with the purchased used engine, we will immediately initiate a replacement process, on approval. For some reason, if the replacement could not meet the expectations of deal, then we will initiate FULL REFUND back into source account. A customer has 60 days from the date of delivery to inform us with any issues with replaced used engine/transmission. We would not be able to initiate a claim for any issue post 60 days of receiving the replacement.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a quick response during the warranty period. Keeping a problematic item for more than 60 days may eliminate any prospect of it being revived while also limiting our ability to approve the claim.

The Auto King USAs warranty is transferrable.

We state in writing, we offer parts and labor warranty. If there is any issue with installation company will process the labor charges with 90%.
