The AutoKings USA is committed to providing a transparent and structured return process while ensuring compliance with our operational policies. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Window: Returns accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25–35% fee applies to approved returns.
  • Documentation: You must submit a diagnostic report, photos/videos, and DTC codes within 2 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are NOT eligible for return:

  • Electrical components (unless verified defective).
  • Custom orders and clearance items.
  • Parts with minor cosmetic damage (surface rust, sensors, scratches).

Return Process

To initiate a return, email info@theautokingsusa.com with:

  • Order Number & Reason for Return
  • Required Diagnostic Documentation

Important: You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping. Returns without an RMA will be denied.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Method: Credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: For defective items, submit docs within 2 days for verification.

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer waives the right to initiate chargebacks for return or warranty-related issues. All disputes must be resolved directly with The AutoKings USA.
