Once your order is confirmed, The AutoKings USA coordinates directly with suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of your part. Please review our timeline and delivery requirements below.

Timeline & Processing

  • Approval: You have 7 days to review product photos. Approval is required within 2 working days.
  • Transit: Standard freight takes 7–14 business days.
  • Delays: Times may vary due to external factors. We assist with tracking but are not liable for carrier delays.

Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking Number
  • Freight Company Details
  • Estimated Delivery Date

Delivery Requirements

Large items (Engines/Transmissions) must ship to a Commercial Address.

  • Equipment: Location must have a Forklift or Liftgate.
  • Fees: If equipment is unavailable, a $100–$150 fee will apply (charged up to 45 days post-delivery).
  • Address: Must include Business Name & Contact Person.

Inspection & Damage

STOP: Inspect your package immediately before signing the Bill of Lading.

  • Found Damage? Note it clearly on the Bill of Lading and keep a copy.
  • Report It: Notify us within 2 business days with photos and diagnostic reports.
  • Warning: Failure to report within 2 days may result in a denied claim.
