Warranty Coverage

• Duration: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Eligibility: Applies only to parts installed by a certified technician.
• Scope: We sell only engine and transmission blocks. Accessories (alternators, starters, sensors, etc.) are complimentary and not covered.
• Condition: Parts must remain in original condition/packaging. New gaskets/fluids must be used.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is VOID under these conditions:

• No DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) report from a certified mechanic.
• Installation by unlicensed or DIY technicians.
• Failure to replace engine seals, gaskets, or fluids.
• Damage due to improper installation or insufficient lubrication.

Claim Process

To initiate a claim, email us with:

• Order Number
• Certified mechanic’s diagnostic report & DTC codes
• Photos/videos showing the issue

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless verified defective.

Returns & Liability

• Window: 7 business days for damaged/missing parts.
• Restocking Fee: 25% may apply to approved returns.
• Liability: We are not liable for labor costs, shipping delays, or consequential damages.
