Orders & Pricing

General: Accessing our site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors without notice.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
  • Fees: A 5% fee applies to cancellations before shipping. No cancellations after shipment.
  • Pricing: Prices subject to change. Errors may result in order cancellation + full refund.

Payment & Chargebacks

Full payment is required at purchase.

  • Chargeback Waiver: By completing a transaction, the buyer waives the right to initiate chargebacks.
  • All disputes must be resolved directly with The AutoKings USA.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeline: Shipping arranged within 7–10 business days.
  • Tracking: Provided within 2 business days of dispatch.
  • Freight Requirements: Commercial address + Forklift/Liftgate required.
  • Fees: A $100–$150 fee applies if delivery conditions are not met.

Returns & Liability

  • Window: 7 business days for damaged/missing parts.
  • Restocking Fee: 25–35% applies to approved returns.
  • Exclusions: Minor cosmetic damage or missing accessories do not qualify.
  • Liability: We are not liable for labor costs, indirect damages, or shipping delays.

Installation & Warranty

All parts are pre-owned and tested. To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Professional Install: Must be performed by a licensed mechanic.
  • Maintenance: Buyer must install new gaskets, seals, and fluids.
  • Void Warranty: Improper installation or unqualified personnel voids the warranty immediately.
